Inline with Airbnb's 5 step protocol and cleaning handbook our Airbnb cleaning teams will:
Cleaning
- Spray all surfaces with a multi-surface cleaner, and allow it to set for the amount of time specified.
- Scrub the toilet bowl.
- Scrub the shower walls and inside of the bath.
- Scrub the sink, basin, tap handles and splashback.
- Wipe down all tiled areas.
- Clean all remaining bathroom surfaces with a multi-surface cleaner.
- Sweep or vacuum the floor.
- Mop the floors.
- Clean mirrors and glass.
- Clean all remaining bathroom surfaces with a multi-surface cleaner.
- Use a multi-surface disinfectant to spray frequently touched surfaces.
- Wash any dirty dishes.
- Clean the oven, microwave, and hob.
- Unplug and clean additional appliances.
- Clean the sink, waste disposal, and dishwasher.
- Clean the oven, microwave, and hob.
- Clean the fronts of cupboard units.
- Dust the pictures, lamp shades, ornaments, furniture, light fittings, sills and skirting boards.
Housekeeping
- Ventilate all spaces.
- Check that the lights and electronics are working properly.
- Replace the toilet rolls, guest supplies, and fresh towels.
- Replace or refill any hospitality items (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash).
- Switch off all lights and devices.
- Close the windows, arrange the curtains and blinds, and turn off the lights.
- Remove any food or beverages the previous guest may have left.
- Put away any pots, pans, appliances and dishes.
- Replace cleaned linen.
- Replace any racks and plates removed from the fridge,microwave or oven.
- Use a multi-surface disinfectant to spray frequently touched surfaces including remote controls.

We are fully insured with public liability insurance and all of our employees are covered with employer’s liability insurance.
We provide our own cleaning equipment and make sure that the chemicles we use will not harm your furniture, pets or our staff.
